School is out and that means Internal Kinetics Athletic Performance Summer Camp comes along with it! All humans are athletes. Come develop and advance your speed, power, and agility skills with Internal Kinetics Performance Systems! Starting on June 3rd athletes will get three 120 minute performance training sessions, per week, working on strength, power, speed, agility, quickness, mobility, hand-eye coordination, and cardiovascular health. It's incredible what the human body can do when trained properly!
